About this fabric

The heavy 498 gsm construction makes Mason Midnight particularly well suited to upholstery, where its compact woven texture can give furniture a substantial, grounded appearance. Against the dark blue-black base, closely spaced grey-white marks form an abstract, weathered pattern that shifts gently as the light catches the raised weave. The fabric has a 137 cm usable width, with a 43 cm vertical repeat and 34.3 cm horizontal repeat to consider when positioning the design. Supplied in a standard 40 m length, it offers generous scope for coordinated upholstery work.

How to use it

Use Mason Midnight on a sofa, armchair or headboard where its cool, near-black navy tone can anchor lighter timber, brushed metal and warm neutral walls. Pair it with pale boucle, chalky linen or softly coloured cushions to bring out the fine light flecks without losing the fabric’s deep, dramatic character.
