About this fabric

The fabric appears as a plain weave rather than a printed motif, with delicate horizontal and vertical irregularities creating a restrained slub effect. Amazonite’s cool aqua-teal tone sits between sea glass and pale turquoise, while the uneven threads give the surface gentle depth. Fine pale highlights catch across the swatch, preventing the colour from reading as flat or overly saturated. As part of Dedar’s Curtain fabrics collection, it is particularly suited to softly textured window treatments.

How to use it

Use Amazonite for full-length curtains where its pale aqua-teal tone can add a cool wash of colour without overwhelming the room. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal to emphasise its mineral, light-catching character.

Use this cool aqua-teal weave to bring a light, quietly textured finish to curtains and relaxed room schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
