Fifty Fifty Mastice

Curtain fabrics Fabric001

Fifty Fifty Mastice is a softly muted taupe textile with a warm grey cast. Its close, even weave gives the surface a calm, lightly textured appearance rather than a pronounced pattern.

About this fabric

Viewed up close, the fabric shows a fine plain weave made from closely spaced threads, with subtle tonal variation across the warm grey-beige ground. The surface reads matte and restrained, while the small woven texture adds gentle depth as the light moves across it. Supplied as a curtain fabric, it is suited to simple window treatments where the colour and weave can remain the focus. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Mastice for full-length curtains in rooms that need a softened neutral without becoming pale or stark. Its warm taupe tone pairs naturally with chalky whites, natural timber, stone and deeper olive or brown accents.

A quietly tailored taupe weave for understated curtains and relaxed, tonal interiors.

Pairs well with

Fifty Fifty Mastice is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
