Fire-retardant Fabric001

Acromo Wall Gesso has a chalky pale-grey appearance with a delicate, evenly spaced woven grid visible across the swatch. Its restrained tone reads almost white in the light, while the small-scale texture adds quiet definition.

About this fabric

The surface is formed by a fine, regular weave that gives the cloth a subtle checked texture rather than a printed motif. Wall Gesso’s cool pale-grey shade has a soft, plaster-like quality, with the woven structure creating slight tonal variation across the face. The close, fine texture makes this colourway read as light and refined for drapery. It is catalogued as a fabric in Dedar’s Fire-retardant collection; no composition, width, rub-test or additional performance specification has been supplied.

How to use it

Use Wall Gesso at windows where its chalky pale-grey tone can soften daylight without introducing a strong colour statement. It would sit naturally beside white, stone and cool grey finishes, with the fine grid adding texture to an otherwise quiet scheme.

Its chalky pale-grey tone brings a quiet, light-reflective finish to contemporary curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
