About this fabric

The swatch is a plain velvet in a muted sage green, sitting between soft moss and pale greyed green rather than a bright botanical shade. Fine changes in the pile create a gentle vertical shift in tone, while the brushed surface catches the light with a restrained sheen. As part of Dedar’s Velvet fabrics collection, it brings the depth and tactile softness visible in the swatch to upholstered seating and other furniture details.

How to use it

Use this cool, softened sage on a lounge chair, sofa or headboard, balancing it with warm oak, ivory textiles and earthy stone tones.

Pair the muted sage pile with warm timber, natural linen and softly aged metals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
