Pergamena Agave

Velvet fabrics Velvet019

Pergamena Agave is a muted agave green velvet with a softly striated face. Its close, horizontal texture gives the colour gentle depth, shifting between leafy green and quieter sage tones as the light moves across it.

About this fabric

The surface is visually dense and tactile, with fine horizontal lines running across the green ground rather than a printed motif. Its agave shade is softened and balanced, avoiding both bright emerald intensity and blue-green coolness. Subtle tonal variation across the pile adds depth while keeping the overall appearance calm and finely textured. As a velvet from Dedar’s Velvet fabrics collection, it is particularly suited to upholstered furniture where this close surface texture can be seen and felt.

How to use it

Use Pergamena Agave on a chair, sofa or upholstered headboard to bring a restrained botanical green into the room. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals or natural stone to draw out the shade’s softened, earthy character.

A calm agave green velvet with fine horizontal texture, well suited to upholstered seating and headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
