Marana Heron

Marana Crepe Fabric

Marana Heron is a pale taupe-grey crepe with a delicate blush undertone. Its close, even weave gives the surface a quiet grain rather than a visible pattern.

About this fabric

The finely woven surface is consistent across the swatch, with tiny crepe-like texture adding depth to the otherwise plain colour. Heron reads as a cool, softened taupe in the image, gently warmed by its dusty pink cast rather than appearing beige or stark grey. The low-contrast surface keeps the fabric visually calm while allowing subtle shifts in tone as the light moves across the weave. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Marana Heron for full-length curtains where its pale blush-taupe tone can soften crisp whites, putty neutrals and cool grey furnishings. It also suits a restrained tonal scheme built around chalk, stone and weathered wood.

A softly textured blush-taupe neutral for understated curtains and tonal rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
