Arco Textures Fabric

Rdq 13841 Monochrome brings a cool, charcoal-led character to the Arco Textures collection. Its close-knit surface is flecked with ivory, creating a softly broken monochrome effect rather than a flat black.

About this fabric

The fabric has a very small-scale woven texture, with alternating charcoal, grey and ivory threads forming a precise, subtly irregular surface. Viewed closely, the pale flecks lift the dark ground and give the colourway a gentle peppered depth, while the overall impression remains restrained and tailored. The compact appearance reads well for upholstery, particularly where a finely textured, graphic neutral is wanted. No composition, width or rub-test information is supplied for this fabric, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Pair this cool charcoal-and-ivory colourway with pale timber, chalky walls and brushed metal for a crisp contemporary scheme. It also suits a tonal room where the tiny woven pattern can add depth without introducing a strong motif.

Use this finely patterned monochrome weave to bring tailored contrast to contemporary upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
