About this fabric

The ground is a cool, deep cobalt blue, with subtle horizontal yarn texture visible across the surface. Even cream lines create a regular square grid, giving the cloth a precise architectural rhythm. The high contrast between the blue and light lines makes this colourway feel graphic and confident rather than soft or tonal. Its compact woven appearance is well suited to upholstery where a defined geometric pattern is wanted.

How to use it

Pair Window Cobalt with pale timber, chalky neutrals or warm natural textures to balance its saturated blue tone. Use it on a statement chair, bench or banquette where the cream grid can read clearly.

Use this cool cobalt-and-cream grid to bring crisp structure and contrast to contemporary upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Window Cobalt without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
