About this fabric

The trim combines a narrow woven band with closely spaced strands that fall into long, softly uneven tassels. Its warm beige and ivory tones give the surface a quiet, natural depth, while the fine strands catch the light differently along their length. The open, textural construction makes it suitable for adding a decorative edge to upholstery, curtains or cushions. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Pair Marquise Natural with warm ivory, oatmeal and light timber in a relaxed interior, using the fringe to finish a curtain edge, upholstered valance or cushion. Its soft beige tone works particularly well where a subtle textural detail is preferred over a strong contrast.

Use the warm natural beige fringe to add tactile edging to upholstered pieces, curtains or decorative cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
