About this fabric

The close-up shows a pale grey-white ground crossed by delicate, closely spaced vertical lines, giving the cloth a gently striated appearance. The fine weave reads as light and fluid, making this colourway particularly suited to drapery rather than upholstery. Soft variations in the weave catch the light without creating a strong pattern, while the cool chalk tone keeps the overall effect airy and understated. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Bora Chalk for full-length curtains in a calm, light-filled room, where its cool chalk-grey tone can soften bright white walls without introducing a noticeably warm beige. Pair it with pale woods, brushed metal or muted grey upholstery to echo the fine vertical texture.

A cool, softly textured sheer for airy curtains and relaxed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
