M674 Gunmetal

Veranda Ii Fabric

M674 Gunmetal has a deep, cool gunmetal tone that shifts between charcoal grey and softened taupe in the close-up view. Its tightly packed surface is defined by a fine peppered weave rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The fabric shows a small-scale, closely interlaced texture, with pale grey-taupe threads breaking through the darker ground. This creates a softly mottled surface with more visual depth than a flat plain, while keeping the overall colour restrained. The dense woven appearance gives the cloth a composed, tailored character that reads particularly well on upholstered forms. In changing light, the contrasting threads prevent the gunmetal shade from appearing uniformly black.

How to use it

Use M674 Gunmetal on a sofa, bench or occasional chair where its cool charcoal depth can anchor softer stone, chalk and warm wood tones. The fine flecking also works with other quiet textures without introducing a strong graphic pattern.

The compact peppered weave gives this deep grey a tailored, quietly architectural presence on upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
