Inez Wallcovering Egret

Inez Wallcovering Egret presents a pale, softly warmed off-white ground with a fine crosshatched texture visible across the surface. Its restrained tonal variation gives the wallcovering gentle depth without introducing a strong motif.

About this wallpaper

The image shows a delicate grid of fine horizontal and vertical lines, creating a lightly grained effect rather than a decorative repeat. Egret reads as a quiet ivory shade, close to off-white, with subtle shifts in tone where the surface catches the light. As a wallpaper from the Picota Wallcoverings collection, it is suited to creating a calm backdrop while retaining more visual interest than a completely plain wall.

How to use it

Pair this pale egret wallcovering with warm white, bleached timber and soft natural textures for an airy scheme. Its fine crosshatch also works behind simple furniture where a gentle tonal background is preferred over a bold pattern.

Use this softly textured egret shade to bring quiet, light-reflective depth to understated interiors.

Pairs well with

Inez Wallcovering Egret is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
