Midi Fox Fabrics FabricSCF0121-04

Midi Fox Chai sets crisp ivory fox silhouettes against a warm chai-ochre ground. The repeated horizontal rows give the swatch a playful, graphic rhythm, while the muted golden tone keeps the overall effect grounded.

About this fabric

The 220gsm cloth has a warm, earthy chai shade that reads as muted ochre rather than bright yellow, with the ivory foxes providing clear contrast. A usable width of 141cm gives the repeated motif room to run across curtains, blinds or upholstery panels. The fox pattern has a vertical repeat of 31.6cm and a horizontal repeat of 34.6cm, creating evenly spaced rows across the fabric. With 44 threads per centimetre and a standard length of 60m, this is a versatile mid-weight textile for both drapery and lighter upholstery applications.

How to use it

Pair Midi Fox Chai with warm cream, natural timber and soft tan upholstery to echo its earthy ground, or use it as a cheerful contrast against deep olive or charcoal accents. The ivory foxes work particularly well on roman blinds, seat cushions and informal reading-room chairs.

Use the warm chai ground and ivory foxes to bring playful pattern to blinds, cushions, curtains or occasional upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
