About this fabric

The colour sits between soft grey and muted beige, giving the fabric a gently warm, understated depth rather than a crisp silver-grey appearance. A fine, even surface texture is visible across the flatter areas, while the creases catch the light with a subtle satin-like glow. Its supple drape and flowing folds make this colourway particularly suited to curtains and blinds. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair Centaurus Dune with chalky whites, warm stone and natural timber to bring out its softly taupe undertone. Its restrained sheen will add gentle movement to full-length curtains without making the window feel overly formal.

Use this softly lustrous taupe-grey cloth for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or other softly gathered window treatments.

Pairs well with

Centaurus Dune is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
