About this fabric

The visible face is plain and finely textured, with a satin-like sheen rather than a pronounced woven motif. Its cool grey tone deepens in the shadowed folds and becomes almost silver where the light strikes the raised ridges. The softly fluid handle shown here makes it particularly suited to drapery, where gathered or relaxed folds can reveal the colour's changing depth. No additional composition, width or performance specification has been supplied.

How to use it

Pair Centaurus Dusk with pale stone, charcoal or brushed metal accents in a calm, contemporary room. Use full, softly gathered curtains so the cool silver-grey surface can create alternating bands of shadow and light.

Use this cool silver-grey shade for softly gathered curtains or relaxed drapery, allowing its reflective surface to catch changing light.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
