15 Chilli

Ghent Fabric15

Ghent 15 Chilli has a warm, earthy terracotta-orange tone, shown here with a fine vertical rib that gives the surface a gently corded appearance. The close texture adds depth without introducing a separate pattern.

About this fabric

This colourway is catalogued as a fabric and reads as a substantial, upholstery-friendly textile from its closely ridged surface. Its chilli tone sits between burnt orange and terracotta, with darker lines settling into the valleys between the raised ribs. Light catches the narrow ridges softly, creating subtle tonal variation across the otherwise plain face. The vertical texture gives upholstered forms a neat direction and a tactile finish.

How to use it

Use Ghent 15 Chilli on a compact sofa, dining chair or headboard where its warm terracotta colour can act as the room’s earthy focal point. Pair it with warm oak, aged brass and softly contrasting cream or tobacco tones.

Use this warm chilli tone to bring earthy colour and tactile ribbing to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
