About this fabric
The visible weave is dense and nubby, with charcoal, slate and blue-grey threads creating a softly irregular surface. Subtle vertical striping runs through the cloth, appearing darker in some areas and catching the light in others. This close, substantial-looking texture makes 23 Captain particularly well suited to upholstery, where its depth can read as quietly tailored rather than flat. As part of Wemyss’s Yalamba collection, it offers a cool, atmospheric neutral with more colour than a straightforward charcoal.
How to use it
