About this fabric

The muted sage leaves have an elongated, hand-drawn appearance, with slim offshoots that create gentle vertical movement rather than a dense all-over print. Against the pale ivory background, the colour reads cool and restful while retaining enough contrast to define each frond clearly. A fine crosswise woven texture is visible through both the ground and motif, giving the swatch a natural textile character. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this sage-and-ivory colourway to bring a quiet botanical note to a relaxed sitting room, pairing it with chalky whites, pale oak and warm stone. Its vertical fronds would work particularly well on curtains or an occasional upholstered chair where the repeat can remain visible.

A calm sage-and-ivory botanical weave suited to relaxed upholstery, curtains and layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
