Hikari Silt

Isoku Fabric

Hikari Silt is a muted taupe textile with a softly weathered appearance. Fine horizontal ridges run across the surface, while uneven bands of lighter and darker taupe create subtle depth.

About this fabric

The close, woven-looking texture is formed from delicate horizontal lines rather than a distinct printed motif. Its pale stone-taupe highlights sit beside smoky beige-brown shading, giving the colourway a quiet, earthy character. The surface appears denser in the darker bands and catches the light gently across the raised ridges. Folds in the swatch reveal a restrained tonal variation without introducing a strong contrast.

How to use it

Use Hikari Silt to upholster a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its soft taupe tone can sit comfortably with warm timber, chalky walls and layered neutrals.

The muted taupe ground and fine horizontal texture bring quiet depth to contemporary upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
