About this fabric

The swatch combines brown-grey taupe depth with charcoal shading, giving the colourway a quiet, grounded appearance. Fine horizontal lines are visible across the surface, while irregular mottling creates gentle movement in the dark tone. The finish reads mostly matte, with slight changes in lightness across the cloth that keep it from appearing flat. As no further performance or construction specifications were supplied, suitability should be confirmed against the intended upholstery or drapery application.

How to use it

Use Miri Pumice to bring depth to a neutral room, particularly alongside warm stone, pale timber or softened black accents. Its smoky taupe tone works well where a dark colour is wanted without the starkness of true black.

A deep smoky taupe with a restrained, low-contrast texture for quietly tailored upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
