About this fabric

The design combines irregular vertical strokes, broken blocks and softened painterly edges in denim blue, teal and chalky cream. Its 400gsm weight gives the fabric a substantial presence suited to upholstery, while the textured-looking artwork keeps the overall impression relaxed rather than formal. With a 137cm usable width, the pattern has a 89.5cm vertical repeat and a 137cm horizontal repeat, so the broad abstract marks will read clearly across larger upholstered areas. Darker blue passages punctuate the pale ground, giving this colourway a cool, graphic rhythm without becoming sharply high-contrast.

How to use it

Use Lagna Denim/Linen on a sofa, headboard or statement armchair where its cool denim tones can anchor pale plaster, natural linen and light timber. The cream ground also helps connect the blue brush marks with warmer neutral furnishings.

Use the cool denim and soft cream palette to bring painterly texture to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.
