About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Cabris Bois has a dry, tactile handle and an honest plain weave that lets the fibres and slight slubs do the talking. The colour reads as a warm sandy beige with a gentle biscuit undertone, neither stark nor yellowed, which keeps it easy to place in layered interiors. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx and a width of 132cm approx, it is a straightforward fabric to work with for tailored upholstery, relaxed curtains, or soft furnishings. The overall effect is natural and quietly refined, with enough texture to stop the shade from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use this tone on loose covers, simple blinds, or deep-seat cushions where its warm neutral colour can soften stone, oak, and painted wood. It sits especially well with tobacco leather, chalky whites, and muted olive accents.

A quietly versatile linen that brings a natural, sun-warmed softness to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
