About this fabric
Otley Green from the Hartwell collection by Jane Churchill is woven in 100% cotton, with an approximate 1cm vertical and horizontal repeat and a width of around 135cm. The tiny check reads as a fine, regular grid, softened here by a gentle sage-green thread against a pale, airy ground. Its cotton handle and restrained scale make the pattern feel crisp rather than bold, so the colour sits quietly in the cloth instead of dominating it. Care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use this cool, softened green in relaxed upholstery, breakfast-room blinds or gathered curtains where the small check can add pattern without shouting. It sits well with painted timber, pale oak and chalky neutrals.
