Harvard Wood

Harvard II FabricL9310-17

Harvard Wood is a smooth, plain wool with a soft camel-gold cast and a quietly tailored look. Its surface reads even and matte, with just enough texture to keep the colour feeling warm rather than flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% wool, Harvard Wood has a calm, closely worked finish that sits neatly across the cloth. The approx. 140cm width and zero repeat make it a straightforward choice for bespoke upholstery or curtains where a clean, uninterrupted field of colour is wanted. This colourway is a muted camel with golden-brown warmth, lighter and drier in appearance than a deep tan, so it brings depth without looking heavy. The fabric’s smart, understated character is reinforced by the smooth plain weave, which lets the tone do the talking. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH add practical specification detail for contract or domestic planning.

How to use it

Use Harvard Wood on a tailored armchair, headboard or roman blind to add a warm, settled note. It works particularly well with walnut, oatmeal and brushed brass, where the camel-gold tone feels refined and easy to live with.

A versatile warm camel wool that suits tailored upholstery and elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
