Laurette Pink

Wildwood FabricJ0149-03

Laurette Pink brings a lively floral rhythm to a pale ground, with coral-pink motifs that read fresh rather than sugary. The repeated leaf-and-petal forms give the design a light, decorative movement across the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in 90% cotton and 10% linen, this fabric has the natural handle and slightly dry character you’d expect from a cotton-linen blend. The print shows layered floral motifs in soft coral and blush pink, set against a creamy off-white background that keeps the overall look bright and breathable. With an approximate width of 138cm and a repeat of 67cm vertically by 69cm horizontally, it is suited to pattern planning on larger pieces as well as more relaxed decorative schemes. The colourway feels warm and inviting, with enough contrast to show the motif clearly without becoming heavy or overly saturated.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, cushions or a light occasional chair where the soft coral pink can lift the room without dominating it. It works particularly well with whitewashed wood, muted greens and other powdery tones.

Pair with pale timber and chalky neutrals for a fresh, airy feel.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Laurette Pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
