About this fabric

Part of the Zander Velvets collection by Jane Churchill, this fabric is a velvet with a width of approximately 144cm and a vertical repeat of 0cm / horizontal repeat of 1cm approx. The 42% viscose, 33% cotton and 25% polyester composition helps give the surface its gentle pile and subtle light-catching finish. In this colourway, the pink reads as pale, powdery and slightly peach-warmed, with the narrow stripes creating a neat, rhythmic texture across the cloth. The overall effect is softer than a bright blush and more refined than a flat pastel, making the pattern feel elegant and calm.

How to use it

Use it on a petite chair, ottoman or headboard where the slender stripe can add interest without dominating the scheme. The warm blush tone pairs especially well with chalky neutrals, pale oak and muted brass details.
