Keya Red/Blue

Zander Velvets VelvetJ0297-04

Keya Red/Blue combines a cream ground with neat vertical accents in red and blue, giving the velvet a lively but orderly look. The small-scale pattern reads clearly in the pile, with a softly polished surface that catches the light.

About this fabric

This Zander Velvets fabric is a velvet woven in 59% viscose, 23% recycled cotton and 18% polyester, with an approximate width of 144cm and a repeat of V 34cm / H 18cm. The design shows a compact, rhythmic grid of narrow dashes and vertical striations, set against a warm cream base. Red and blue details are joined by mustard-toned notes and darker flecks, so the overall effect feels multicoloured rather than simple stripe. The velvet surface gives the pattern extra depth, with the pile softening the edges and lending the colourway a richer, slightly tailored finish.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, bench or occasional armchair where the cream ground can brighten the shape while the red and blue keep it interesting. It would also work beautifully in a room that already includes oak, navy or deep pink accents.

A crisp, tailored velvet that adds colour without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
