Amoir Libre Acqua

Curtain fabrics Fabric010

Amoir Libre Acqua appears as a very pale aqua textile, with a cool blue-green cast that almost dissolves into the light. Fine vertical tonal variation gives the otherwise quiet surface a soft sense of movement.

About this fabric

This curtain fabric has a delicate, fine-looking surface rather than a pronounced woven motif. Subtle vertical striations run through the swatch, creating barely-there bands that become more visible where the light shifts across the cloth. The Acqua colourway feels cool, washed and airy, with a restrained depth that avoids looking bright or saturated. Its light visual weight makes it particularly suited to drapery, where the gentle tonal changes can read softly across a full drop.

How to use it

Pair the pale aqua tone with chalky whites, pale grey and bleached timber for a cool, quiet scheme. It can also soften deeper blue-green furnishings without introducing a strong contrast.

Use this cool aqua shade for softly lit curtains in calm, light-toned interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
