Marigold Linen

Fabrics Fabric1020

Marigold Linen presents a pale oat-beige ground with a fine, closely woven surface. Its softly mottled appearance gives the light neutral shade more depth than a flat cream.

About this fabric

The colour sits between warm cream and gentle natural beige, with a restrained marigold warmth rather than a strong yellow cast. A minute woven texture is visible across the swatch, creating subtle tonal variation and a softly tactile finish. The even, fine structure gives the fabric a neat and quietly considered appearance. In changing light, the pale surface shifts gently between ivory, oat and muted sand.

How to use it

Pair Marigold Linen with chalky whites, pale timber and soft taupe for an airy, warm-neutral room. Its understated oat tone can also soften darker brown or olive accents without competing with them.

Use this softly textured oat beige to bring quiet warmth to upholstery, curtains or layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
