Stelo Green

Fabrics Fabric70

Stelo Green combines a pale cream ground with slender, irregular olive-green lines running vertically across the cloth. The restrained contrast gives the colourway a calm, lightly organic character.

About this fabric

The fine lines vary subtly in width and spacing, creating a gently uneven stripe rather than a rigid geometric repeat. Olive green reads softly against the warm cream background, with the vertical marks giving the surface a little depth without becoming dominant. A lightly textured appearance keeps the fabric relaxed and tactile in this colourway. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Stelo Green where a room needs a quiet vertical rhythm: it would bring gentle structure to curtains, an occasional chair or a relaxed upholstered piece. Its warm cream ground and muted olive tone sit naturally with oak, linen, stone and other softened neutrals.

Pair the muted olive lines with warm woods, ivory upholstery and softly contrasting natural textures.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Stelo Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
