Hana-bi Rosé

Jacquard fabrics Fabric002

Hana-bi Rosé sets a dusty rose-pink ground against narrow burgundy vertical lines, creating a softly graphic base. Loose, brush-like blocks in chalky cream, sage, red and pale ochre interrupt the stripes with an intentionally layered, painterly effect.

About this fabric

This is a textile from Dedar’s Jacquard fabrics collection, catalogued as Fabric; no composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this colourway. The pink background reads muted and warm rather than bright, while the burgundy lines add depth and a measured vertical rhythm. Across the surface, distressed cream overlays and irregular red, sage and ochre marks give the design a tactile, worked appearance.

How to use it

Use the dusty rose ground to soften a contemporary room, then pick up the burgundy lines in piping or painted joinery. The pale cream and sage marks also sit naturally with chalky neutrals and muted green accents.

A structured-looking jacquard with a versatile dusty rose ground and expressive painterly marks.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
