Satin fabrics Fabric002

Tat Tvam Platino presents a pale ivory ground traced with slender taupe lines that loop and intersect in an open, irregular drawing. The surface appears quietly luminous, allowing the warm cream tone to shift gently across the swatch.

About this fabric

The fine, fluid-looking satin has a soft ivory colour rather than a stark white, giving the design a warmer and more settled appearance. Delicate taupe contours travel across the cloth in broad, organic curves, with some lines crossing while others taper towards the edges. The restrained contrast keeps the pattern light and airy, while the satin surface adds a discreet formal sheen. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Platino for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds in a warm neutral room, pairing the ivory ground with pale timber, taupe upholstery and brushed metal accents.

Use this softly luminous ivory colourway for elegant curtains where its taupe linework can read clearly against the light.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
