Sheer fabrics Fabric001

Cnossian Bianco is a very pale ivory sheer with a fine, gently irregular vertical texture. Its lightly striated surface gives the otherwise quiet colour a subtle sense of movement.

About this fabric

The Bianco colourway reads as soft ivory rather than stark white, with a warm, almost chalky brightness across the face of the cloth. Fine vertical lines and faint tonal variations are visible through the weave, creating texture without a defined printed motif. As part of Dedar’s Sheer fabrics collection, it is best understood as a light, translucent cloth for drapery rather than a hard-wearing upholstery textile. The restrained surface keeps the overall effect smart and understated.

How to use it

Use Cnossian Bianco for full-length curtains where its pale ivory tone can soften daylight without adding a strong colour cast. It works especially well against warm whites, limestone shades and pale natural woods, allowing the fine vertical texture to add depth to an otherwise light scheme.

A sheer ivory cloth with fine vertical texture, suited to softly filtered window treatments and light, calm interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
