Sandstone Naturale has a warm stone-taupe colour with a softly reflective surface that shifts between pale beige and muted grey in the folds. Its fine, open-looking weave gives the hanging cloth a delicate, tactile character.

About this fabric

Part of Dedar’s Sheer fabrics collection, Sandstone Naturale is a fine woven fabric presented here in a fluid drapery weight. Small looped and linear threads create a close, irregular texture across the surface rather than a printed motif. The warm taupe ground is gently variegated, with lighter threads catching the light and deeper grey-brown shadows appearing where the fabric gathers. In the pictured folds, the weave remains visible while the material falls softly and naturally.

How to use it

Pair this warm stone-taupe sheer with chalky whites, pale oak and soft grey upholstery for a quiet, layered window treatment. Its subtle tonal variation also works well beside natural linen and brushed metal accents.

Use the warm stone-taupe tone for softly gathered curtains that bring subtle texture without a strong pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
