Salicornia Taupe presents a quiet, uninterrupted field of grey-brown taupe. Its fine horizontal texture gives the plain surface a subtle change of depth as the light moves across it.

About this fabric

The photographed colourway is a muted taupe with a slightly cool, earthy cast, sitting between grey and brown rather than reading as warm beige. A delicate horizontal striation runs across the surface, adding understated texture without introducing a visible motif. The finish appears low-sheen and even, giving the cloth a composed, softly tailored character. As part of Dedar’s Curtain fabrics collection, this textile is suited to window treatments where the colour and restrained weave can remain the focus.

How to use it

Pair Salicornia Taupe with chalky whites, weathered timber and charcoal accents for a layered neutral scheme. Its grey-brown depth also works well against pale stone or soft olive tones.

Use this understated grey-brown taupe at windows where a calm, tailored finish is wanted.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
