Salicornia Olive

Curtain fabrics Fabric029

Salicornia Olive is a quietly atmospheric plain textile in a softened olive green. Its surface shows a fine, understated texture that gives the colour gentle depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The shade sits between moss and olive, with a muted, slightly earthy character rather than a bright or yellow green cast. A delicate woven-looking texture is visible across the surface, creating fine tonal variation as the light moves over the swatch. As part of Dedar’s Curtain fabrics collection, this colourway is especially suited to curtains where its restrained texture and deepened green tone can read as a calm backdrop.

How to use it

Pair Salicornia Olive with warm timber, chalky neutrals and natural fibres to build a grounded scheme; its subdued green also works well against aged brass and softly patterned upholstery.

Use this muted olive tone for calm, nature-led curtains that bring depth without introducing a visible pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
