Mardi Gras Jade

Digital Prints Fabric

Mardi Gras Jade is a lively botanical print in layered jade, aqua and mossy green, set over a softly textured cotton-linen ground. The foliage reads bright and fresh, with pale leaf outlines that keep the design open rather than heavy.

About this fabric

This colourway combines 50% cotton and 50% linen, giving the surface a natural, slightly dry hand that suits the visible woven texture. The design is printed in overlapping leaf and berry shapes, with deep teal pockets, olive accents and washed mint tones that create a cool, garden-like palette. At 150cm wide with a 64cm vertical repeat and 69cm horizontal repeat, it has the scale to make an impact across drapery or lighter-use upholstery. The pale outlines and translucent colour layers give the pattern a crisp, airy feel, while the darker green ground notes add depth and contrast.

How to use it

Use it with light oak, painted wood and pale stone to let the jade tones stay fresh and clear. It also works well with white walls and simple upholstery, where the detailed foliage can provide the room’s main colour statement.

A fresh botanical with enough structure for curtains or occasional upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Mardi Gras Jade without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
