Zodiac Dove

Other Fabrics & Weaves Fabric

Zodiac Dove shows a softly weathered circular motif in pale dove grey, stone and taupe, with darker charcoal details adding contrast. The overall effect is calm and textural rather than bright, so the pattern reads gently across the surface.

About this fabric

Woven in 94% polyester and 6% cotton, this 140cm-wide fabric has a substantial decorative feel with a repeated 74cm pattern repeat. The design is made up of overlapping circular medallions, each with a faded, vintage-looking print that gives the cloth a lightly worn character. In this colourway, the palette sits in cool dove grey, soft beige and muted charcoal, with the lighter circles helping the surface feel airy while the darker motifs provide definition. The finish appears dry and softly textured rather than glossy, which suits the understated look of the pattern. Care code NQT1< should be followed when specifying and cleaning this fabric.

How to use it

Use Zodiac Dove on accent chairs, a banquette or tailored cushions where the large medallion pattern can be seen clearly. Its cool grey-beige mix pairs well with oak, limestone and other quiet neutral finishes.

Layer with natural woods and pale stone for a calm, softly patterned look.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Zodiac Dove without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
