Palace Tapestry Antique

Royal Court Wallpapers WallpaperBW45151.3

Palace Tapestry Antique unfolds as a softly faded landscape of cranes, flowering trees, winding water and layered hills. Its sage-green and celadon ground is lifted by pale blue water, warm brown trunks and delicate blush flowers.

About this fabric

This scenic design combines repeated cranes and water birds with flowering shrubs, tall trees, distant hills and curling rivers in a distinctly painterly arrangement. The Antique colourway is gentle and low-saturation, with misty sage and celadon greens carrying most of the scene while pale blue, cream, dusty rose and brown add depth. It is made from 100% Non Woven and measures 70 cm (27.5 inches) wide. The vertical pattern repeat is 76.5 cm (30.05 inches), giving the landscape a generous, room-defining scale.

How to use it

Pair the muted sage and pale blue landscape with aged timber, warm ivory upholstery and brushed brass for a collected, quietly romantic interior. Use it across a dining room, bedroom or feature wall where the cranes and winding water can be read at leisure.

Use this muted sage scenic wallpaper to bring a softly faded garden landscape across a feature wall or full room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Palace Tapestry Antique without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
