About this fabric

This plain from the Chamonix collection is made from 62% polyester and 38% cotton, with a 35,000 Martindale rating and Heavy Domestic usage. In this colourway, the green reads as a cool, silvery sage rather than a bright olive, with a low-key finish that softens under light. The close weave gives it a neat, tailored appearance and a subtle sense of depth across the surface. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is suitable where a practical upholstery fabric is required. Professional Dry Clean in situ is recommended, with further care guidance available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use Chamonix Silver on sofas, dining chairs or headboards where you want a restrained green that sits easily with oak, stone and linen. Its soft sage cast pairs especially well with warm neutrals and pale timber.

A quiet sage tone that works well on clean-lined upholstery and layered neutrals.
