About this fabric

Part of the Chamonix collection by J Brown, this plain fabric combines 62% polyester with 38% cotton for a practical, upholstered handle. It is rated Heavy Domestic with a 35,000 Martindale result, and is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request. In the swatch, the colour sits between pale aqua and powder blue, giving it a breezy, lightly greyed finish that softens the overall effect. The weave has a neat, close texture that catches the light subtly across the surface, making it feel clean and contemporary.

How to use it

Use this cool sky blue on a sofa or armchair to bring a light, airy note into a room without going bright. It pairs well with white, oak and soft grey finishes, where the muted blue-green cast can stay calm and understated.
