Stardust Malachite Wavy

Stardust Malachite Wavy shows a fresh malachite-green motif against a warm cream ground, with the pattern reading clearly across the softly folded cotton. The repeating medallions and looping leaf forms give it a lively, rhythmic look.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 139cm and a 17cm horizontal by 16cm vertical pattern repeat. The design combines small floral medallions, paired leaf outlines and a fine diamond texture, all picked out in malachite green and dark olive-brown on a soft cream base. With a Martindale rating of 20,000 and a General Domestic upholstery grade, it has enough resilience for everyday seating as well as drapery and accessories. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, and the Better Cotton content adds a more responsible sourcing story.

How to use it

This colourway works well where you want pattern and colour without losing brightness: try it on a reading chair, roman blind or full-length curtains. The cool green tone feels especially smart against oak, white paintwork or dark bronze accents.

A crisp green-and-cream pattern that suits relaxed upholstery or tailored curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Stardust Malachite Wavy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
