About this fabric

The 300 gsm weight gives Alvar Forest a substantial mid-weight handle suited to both upholstery and drapery. Across the swatch, the dark green ground is gently clouded with tonal variation rather than a defined motif, creating depth without a visible pattern. Its 144 cm usable width provides practical coverage, while the 0 cm vertical and horizontal repeats confirm that the design is plain and non-directional. The standard length is 35 m.

How to use it

Use Alvar Forest to bring a cool, grounded depth to a reading chair, sofa or full-length curtain, pairing it with warm timber, aged brass and soft neutral upholstery. Its almost-black green character works especially well in rooms where a rich, enveloping accent is wanted without a strong printed pattern.
