About this fabric

This colourway in the Odyssey collection has a dark, flint-like grey ground with soft smoky variation across the surface, giving it a restrained, modern look. The visible texture is smooth rather than slubby, but the tonal shifts add a gentle depth that catches light without becoming shiny. It is made from 100% polyester and specified for contract use, with a 50,000 Martindale rating for demanding upholstery schemes. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is a practical choice where a smart, understated plain is needed. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, with further care guidance available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use Flint on clean-lined sofas, banquettes or office seating where a darker grey can ground paler walls and timber finishes. Its cool charcoal tone pairs especially well with stone, black metal and muted teal accents.
