Sahara Iii Bistre

Sahara Iii Fabric

Sahara Iii Bistre is a quiet, finely textured plain weave in a mid-grey shade with a subtle warm bistre undertone. The close view shows delicate vertical and horizontal variation across the surface, giving the cloth understated depth rather than a flat solid appearance.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a softened mid-grey, warmed by a restrained taupe-bistre cast that becomes more apparent through the fine woven variation. Its surface has a neat, closely spaced weave with faint vertical striations and small tonal shifts visible across the swatch. With no performance or construction specifications supplied, its suitability should be confirmed against the intended upholstery or drapery application.

How to use it

Pair this warm grey-bistre colourway with chalky whites, mushroom tones and weathered timber for a composed neutral room. Its low-contrast texture also works well on a tailored chair or as understated window dressing where a plain fabric would otherwise feel too stark.

Use this warm bistre-grey plain weave to bring quiet depth to upholstery, curtains or layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
