Sahara Iii Reef

Sahara Iii Fabric

Sahara Iii Reef is a quiet, dusty terracotta plain weave with a warm coral-brown cast. Its close texture gives the otherwise even colour a softly tactile, lightly weathered finish.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a muted terracotta shade that sits between faded coral and warm clay, rather than a bright or highly saturated red. Fine vertical and horizontal yarn variation creates a delicate woven grain across the surface, while the low sheen keeps the colour calm and understated. With no visible motif, Sahara Iii Reef offers a clean field of colour in which the subtle texture does the visual work. The tone becomes deeper in the denser areas of the weave, adding gentle depth without making the fabric appear patterned.

How to use it

Pair this warm, softened terracotta with chalky neutrals, tobacco leather or deep olive for an inviting scheme. It would bring colour to a tailored chair or sofa while also sitting comfortably across generous curtains.

Use this softly weathered terracotta plain weave to bring warmth to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
