About this fabric
The swatch is a saturated petrol blue with noticeable teal undertones, reading darker and cooler than a conventional navy. Its surface appears smooth and closely even, with no visible motif or repeat. Subtle tonal variation across the swatch gives the plain colour depth without changing its restrained character. The dense-looking finish makes it best suited to upholstery applications.
How to use it
Use Smooth Petrol on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its dark blue-green tone can act as a strong colour anchor. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass or soft neutral upholstery to balance its cool depth.
The deep petrol tone brings cool, saturated colour to upholstered seating while retaining a clean, understated look.
