Soda Fabric

Soda Fr Dusk is a calm mushroom-taupe textile with a softly varied surface that shifts gently between warm grey and brown. Its close, quiet weave gives the colour depth without introducing a visible pattern.

About this fabric

The swatch shows an even woven face in a subdued taupe-grey, with a slight brown warmth that prevents it from reading as flat grey. Fine tonal variation across the yarns creates a softly shaded appearance, particularly where the light catches the surface. The texture is understated and closely woven, giving the plain colour a little visual movement while keeping the overall look composed. With no motif competing for attention, Soda Fr Dusk suits upholstery that calls for a restrained, tailored finish.

How to use it

Use this mushroom-taupe colourway on a classic armchair, dining seat or sofa, pairing it with chalky neutrals, dark timber and warm metal accents. Its gentle grey-brown depth also works well alongside stone, putty and muted olive tones.

A quietly refined mushroom-taupe weave for upholstered pieces where subtle texture matters.

Pairs well with

Soda Fr Dusk is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
