About this fabric

The colour sits between pollen yellow and warm ochre, with deeper amber shading where the fabric falls into vertical folds. A fine, even surface texture is visible across the swatch, while the slight sheen catches the light along the raised folds. Its fluid appearance makes it particularly suited to drapery, where the uninterrupted colour can develop natural vertical movement. No composition, width, rub test or additional performance features were supplied for this fabric, so no technical rating is assigned here.

How to use it

Use Costa Pollen for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its warm ochre-gold tone can add depth without introducing a pattern. Pair it with chalky neutrals, dark timber or aged brass to draw out the colour's softly burnished character.

A warm pollen-gold cloth that brings softly shaded colour and gentle vertical movement to curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
